At Busy Bees Music we use the Kindermusik curriculum as the foundation for all our music and movement classes. Kindermusik's award-winning curricula provides research-based activities that stimulate your child's growing mind and body, by providing engaging musical learning experiences during the years most critical to brain development.
Our goal is to provide families with opportunities, activities and experiences that allow you to nurture strong supportive relationships with your children in a way that strengthens your relationship with them so that in turn you can be a true champion for your child so that they may continue to reach their highest potential.
We do this using four age specific classes for children from 0 - 5 years of age. We are a floor based, fully adult participatory class that is dynamic, energetic, musical, playful and loads of fun. This means that you are an active participant in the class experience along with your child. You are part of the fun. You are part of the magic. You are part of the joy!
Our Kindermusik accredited studio has been awarded the Kindermusik Top Program award for the twelfth consecutive year. The Top Program award is the highest recognition awarded by Kindermusik International. Busy Bees Music is recognised amongst the highest performing studios offering the Kindermusik curricula worldwide.

At Busy Bees Music our classes align with the NSW school terms. All your course fees are inclusive of everything you need to enjoy our great classes both in our studio and at home. There are no registration fees, memberships or annual fees. Fees are the same for all classes and all age groups. During thte holidays we do a paid preview, once term commences we offer a free preview. All fees are pro-rated for mid term/mid-semester enrolment. Fees can be paid in the studio, in cash or by any card except American Express via our virtual terminal.
2024 Term 1 Fees course fees are $216.00
Term 1 enrolment includes:
9 x 45 minute weekly brain growing classes
Regular parent education throughout the term via email and/or whatsapp
Themed units of study with accompanying take home music resources of one storybook and instrument.
Subscription access (whilst enrolled) to the Kindermusik app loaded with class music for the level for which you are attending, (Google Play) or the (App Store)
One in studio catch up (based on availability) using our pay it forward catch up system
Village is for lap babies, crawlers, and walkers. It incorporates the most current research on early childhood development and provides families a special place for learning and connecting with other parents and babies through music and movement.
In the first years of life, more than 1 million new connections are formed every second in a baby’s growing brain. 1 million new connections! That is just incredible. More importantly the way those those millions of connections develop is shaped by their interactions with others. Every time an infant has a sensory experience, neural pathways are formed. Every time it’s repeated the learning is strengthened. The greater number of neural pathways, the greater the brain power. Rich sensory environments are vital to the brain development of infants. And it is with knowledge that our Baby Bees classes combine early brain development with music and connection with you to create a sensory experience like no other.
We understand your baby's development, we strengthen those early parent-child bonds through delightful and rewarding interaction with your baby, we focus on child development and communication with your baby, we sing, we dance, we play and we learn. We allow infants to understand and anticipate patterns, we play with the steady beat, which underlies our ability to pick up the patterns of language, we cultivate listening skills to enhance language development and we do this while having so much fun!!!! So that you can continue your class experience at home, we provide a comprehensive music education kit which includes a hardcover story book, digital music on the Kindermusik app and a baby safe instrument for your little one.

Our studio is currently closed for holidays. Typically, the first class is free. However, during the holiday period, booking requires a one-time $24.00 holding deposit, which secures your spot. This allows you to preview the class and enroll afterward in your chosen class.
If you join us, we deduct the holding deposit twice from your fees: once as your first class is free, and again as a payment toward your fees.
If our classes aren't a good fit for you, we'll refund your deposit at the end of class.

The big concept to wrap our heads around is that for tiny little babies, sound is food for their brains.
Sound is a cognitive nutrient (other nutrients include touch, facial expression and eye contact) that helps babies begin to understand their world.

Our Time encourages toddlers to uncover an engaging musical world while building confidence, self-control, and communications skills.
Get ready to bounce and sing and play and move with your little one in this energetic music class designed to be just right for very young children. This Kindermusik curriculum focuses on your child's beginning movement, helping to build the muscles your young toddler needs to walk, run and climb. We focus on words and song and language and on vocal development, helping to nurture your child's speaking and singing voice.
With a mix of both parent-child joint activities and child-focused activities, you'll be able to join right in on all the singing and dancing while also having the chance to observe how your young walker learns on their own. Embark on Kindermusik's fun new exploration of singing, swaying, laughing and playing, a just-right mix of early-childhood vocal play and language development, together time, and music and movement activities. Your Kindermusik kit gives you everything you need to take this wonderful class experience home with you to enjoy with all the family.

Music learning improves how we first hear and understand speech language, and then how we connect the sound with each letter and word combination. Music learning is learning language.

These classes are designed for active, energetic, enthusiastic, and imaginative children ages 3 and 4. Imagine That! classes encourage socialization, sharing, and participating in group activities.
This music filled class 'lights up' with imagination, creativity and a little energy and celebrates the unique joys of your growing child. We jam alot into 45 minutes so you can expect to tap and clap, sing and dance and play with instruments too! Of course we do all of this with you and with friends and you'll love helping them practice a wide variety of activities such as gross and fine motor skills, turn-taking, social skills and active listening all while having a heap of fun. A unique feature of our Buzzing Bees classes is our 'busy box'. With something new to explore each week, your kiddo will love the excitement of receiving their own our busy box. In class, we'll also share tips and ideas for using music throughout the week. Your course fees include a comprehensive Kindermusik kit that contains a variety of tools and resources to continue the learning experience at home for all the family to enjoy.
